Corporate X War (Primitive Working Models)

This is the future of Human War Evolution:

As the situation has changed dramatically with the passage of time - humans have become 'more peaceful, even amicable living together while striving to acquire most of the common resources for themselves only'

This is the start of a new kind of war, not seen every before.
Wars happen over Land and fuel. Resources which are for everyone's use. Not just one.

So now we do not have kings or kingdoms, and countries as such cannot come up with some sort of pathetic right of patriotism - for we are now living in times of peace - to keep the peace - the war must be raged also in peace.

This is the start of capitalism and Corporations - organizations/ bunch of assholes who sit together all day long and strategize how to be mean to their fellow man/woman. They sit and brew in hate and contempt - for profit and growth is their life, for bottom line and cost cutting becomes prime - to win this war, to show that they are better and of course more entitled to win over the resources of mother earth! The war has begun....

So now its not nations and men fighting for idealism or defending people against mad men (for now everyone is a mad person!). Now its companies, sitting in buildings - their corporate offices - where they sit and think of how to cut costs to run the other into the ground, cause distress to their fellow man. To provide the invisible 'Consumer' with the best (which is rarely the case). It is to con the common man, destroy the opposition, make the greatest profit, and run endlessly for some fallen notion - saying that this is the way.
(Look; this is actually what most of our work is, we get reward and recognition for getting more profits for our company - not for being smart, sincere, a nice person, a concerned soul, a genuine person, an empathetic person)

So now you are a general or a commander (only the designations have become more; refined is it?) based on how many years you slogged with your troupes, how many 'battles' and quarters of months you ended winning for your company or what not.
The only thing which has gone wrong in this primitive sad ass model is that - there is no real loyalty or faith to your organization/company what not. So not only the war has become more sissy for a bunch of yuppies - it has also no real emotions behind it. People now just skip companies over and over like a whore show. They do not care for any vision/mission that the corporate bastard groups are trying to achieve in the first place. This feels kind of justified - the companies invest in their so called troupes - paying them, training them, making them rewarded - and yet this primitive 'working' model does not even provide the basic intangible efficacy of loyalty! What a pitiful state of doing things.

So I know of people who have worked some 20 years in one company destroying their competitors - and then switching over to the competitor and now destroying their original organizations so called benefits/products/services, and I ask myself this - what kind of gain is this - either for the individual or these warring asshole companies!? Maybe some one else can tell.

I have learnt this quote from some famous asshole but it makes sense - ' Any working model cannot be quit unless a better model is provided'. So to remove something like this plague would require another working model (far less destructive than a plague perhaps). A far more efficient one as well.

So why has this model survived thus far - I will start with that first - the model is decently efficient in speeding up processes to reach goal (of course personal motivation of some sort of gain works well ). But the real reason it is so lucrative is cause it gives the workers some false sense of freedom! Is it not so - we have freedom to work only for ourselves - and yes that is all we spend all our lives at work doing, trying to better our personal gain.

So this working model has to be changed to a uni world order (later to a no order - no corporation - no nothing, as I am of the firm belief - we do not read . I am not against companies - I am against competition - which wastes much of time not on better innovation (as we are made to believe - which is crap/bullshit). The sense of war has to be removed from every facet of our lives. Of competition bettering us - this mentality is flawed just like asshole Darwin's fucking focus on it. Competition only increases the individual ego instincts; which is counter productive.
What we require is to compete against our thoughts and individual impulses - working together for whatever we do.
Hence innovation works better in collaboration. So does profit (for your information). Hence a single world order company for making us our hedonistic capitalistic shit (shit which we really do not need) for each product/service would suffice? I believe so. This model also gives personal freedom (yes it could be argued that this freedom would be lost for entrepreneurs - but as long as entrepreneurs are not just working for personal gain - then their ideas would be empowered and appreciated a lot more through single working domains than fending it out till getting crucified and recognized? Is it not?)
No it wouldn't? How could it? When we have survived on this notion for so long right? Would it not become corrupt or lazy. Will it not give us the worst and at the highest cost?
How could it, when the world's citizens are together in making it, How can it; when the people who are making the service/product what not are the ones at the end of the day consuming it?
How will it, if we cut out the greed, need and apathy so associated with us working day to day and getting left out in the open by night to fend for ourselves - all thanks to the corporate wars taking place within and without

Peace
As always - working models primitive or otherwise have to be revisited and re looked - and encouraging ideas to improve them or dissolve are always entertained. Would love to hear from our free and assumed free lot to give inputs to change the world paradigms for better more peaceful days to come!

Corporate feel good?

Corporate existence is something recent to human way of life, and its way more disturbing than i ever thought it would or could be. I have had way too many conversations with people who value only a person who has something with him/her which is supposedly valuable like an impressive college degree or a "dream" job with the CTC involved or the organization's name which somehow adds credit to the person who is working in it.
Too many times have i had this inane dialogue involving a person's "value" addition it seems, and its really mundane to me. What i know of the world is of the experiences i have had, and in turn what i have learnt from these hard experiences one way or the other, and how i have implemented the same in MY life to change who i am for the BETTERment of myself. This is not the same as wow a person from stanford working in ENY as a senior associate with a CTC of over 1 crore. the latter is just clowning around in my mind. A person might have the so called best of this world and not really learnt anything cause he wouldnt have experienced anything special or out of the world ever. You might question that an experience and what one learns out of it is subjective and i thoroughly agree with it, but even this subjectivity isnt present in this day to day world, where all one is concerned with it what another thinks... For me, every person might have a hidden resource which has been built up through his/her life with the type of experiences they have undergone and what they have understood of the universe and themselves through it, they dont have to be intelligent or have a great IQ, or even be street smart or wise for it. A person doesnt have to confirm to others, and thats what i feel most of us get stuck in, we dont ever question anything; rather we take it for granted, that this is what life is, work in 9-5 job, get married, pop a kid out.... and happiness and life is done with, sorry to tell you; its a lot more complex and involving than that.. life that is. Each decision we take has a million fallouts and i tell you, rather than taking a decision which stems your life; take a right one, even if its at the face of adversity and at the cost of non-confirmity, it will be still a lot easier for you; to do as you feel and want and choose in this life... than trying to find happiness with the mass hysteria of government rules, corporate rules, social norms... etc... most of which which, when you adopt you will lose a part of yourself in the process, until and unless you are meant for it..
Its too sad that too many people dont think about what is the "good stuff" for their personal life... for some academics wont be the cup of tea, for others a desk job just wont cut it, for some travelling will kill and others interaction is death.... why not instead do and be in this lifetime whatever you feel like, even if everyone hates you or condemns you for it, what would you and i care? seriously, we going to be dead ever before we know it.. its not a bad proposition, taking the shit house down in flames with you... whos going to care, they all gonna be alive when you gonna be dead!
So far i have been very very polite in not dis respecting people when they start trying to compare people and their worth through a paper called their CV or some shit like that, but i some day will lose my temper i tell you; I dont value or judge people any which way, if they have not learnt enough; nature and mother goddess is very compassionate; enough to give another and then another chance... but to be corporate and think a persons worth lies on some piece of paper, or an interview or some crap like that, is sheer non sense. Wisdom is the art of polishing your metal, metal which has been burnt and broken and mended and re made into something of a cleaver, something which will cut through the noise... wisdom is constantly sharpening this cleaver, polishing and strengthening it, so that no experience will destroy you, or rather every experience will help in destroying your notions about what you thought was real.....and rebuilding what you now understand as real.. this is true worth/value proposition of humanity; atleast how i see it.

Settling for...More or Less ?

The condition of education in this country is pathetic, and the people who are figures in the education systems sustainability are apathetic towards knowledge or students who want to acquire it. India boasts of IIT and IIM and ISB and colleges such as these which are supposedly amongst the best in the world. But as I see it, people are fools and its easy for some one to become a pied piper leading Indian aspirants from one cliff to another and finally dumping them somewhere where no one cares about them.
First and foremost I hate competition and the school of thought which believes that competition brings the best in everyone. It doesn't, it fuels hatred and insecurity and jealousy and selfishness and it never promotes learning for the intention to learn in the first place. Competition in studies just boils down to who's the best? who's the brightest? who's the first? who's worth it...
and in truth everyone is fit to learn, perhaps in the real world or something the survival tactics work, but it ought not to be in an education system, think about it... why do only some people get to learn in an IIT, shouldn't an IIM's motto be to teach everyone to manage or whatever they are supposedly good at...
Apart from this, the cycle of education is just that... a vicious cycle.. institutes gain name after being years in existence and they start taking in the "brightest" people in terms of intelligence (there is no other test of any other sort to measure any other potential in India... and i dont think this situation will ever improve). Then they half assed teach these bright people, who in the first place would be able to handle whatever being taught, they pass out and secure good jobs and so forth and the college gets name for it, and so the next time companies want to hire bright people, they come to this college and so it continues. There is ever any sincere help in terms of educational difference provided by the excellent schools and mediocre ones. an IIM-A is just comprised of people who are most fit in terms of intelligence quotient and the teachers are mostly busy trying to get there personal research and so forth going so they will also be supposedly well qualified, and they dont have to be really teaching these bright students, they will and do manage and then they secure good jobs and the colleges get credit.
An ISB or a MDI would be excellent and worth its salt, if it was able to take the bottom 10% of the CAT aspirants and then get them a decent education worth an awesome job, but this cannot happen for these colleges and the people who handle their administration are finally business men/women and not scholars. Though they might have 100 papers and 1000 research works to prove they are, but they still cannot experiment to teach those who according to them are not worth it. Thats the real challenge to a teacher, in any day and age... taking a disciple who doesn't even value perhaps what is being taught and inculcate in him knowledge worth keeping for life.
Indian students have been harassed, burnt out, pained and miserable since i have been one (almost my entire life), there is hardly any joy, the teaching methods remain age old, the teachers remain constantly uninterested and senile at best, and the bottom line remains money, for teachers and students. How can such a system be sustainable? How can it actually boast of being anything other than garbage.
Even if education system is over crowded, and it has to teach how to survive the real world and what not, i dont see how imparting education is related to ones IQ or any other quotient other than desire or intent to learn. Western education (atleast non management courses) has learnt this much that, to learn one just needs motivation and true desire to pursue it till the end.
The deep impact on the psyche of Indian young minds is too great to ignore, we are brought up thinking that if we even take time to breathe and not study to get in a school college or work will cost us, our life. My parents have used this line "Boy, this is your last important exam; it will decide the course of your life" to me some 10 times atleast ranging from boards to entrance exams to university papers and what not, but i haven't learnt anything worthwhile other than the fact how not to learn something properly and for life.. and that is a very very sad statement for a student to make, that the only thing i have learnt in my years as a student is how to get grades, not how to appreciate and learn something cause it is my natural intent...
the Indian education system is a systematic process to eliminate any and all desire that one may have to actually learn something. If I want to pursue management tomorrow, to become a good manager or a good vet, or a good doc or even an awesome sanitary expert, i wont be able to.. the stigma attached here to education is incredible. mind numbing soul crushing, always ending with the question... will i be settling for more or less......

Eye of the Storm

A certainty is out to get me. Sometimes preceding with a lot of uncertainties.

A shiny new sickle is in my hands, wet with the fresh rain water on its handle and surface, rain never ending , never ceasing forever near these terrible seas.
It rained here all night and for nights on end. But today the sun shines intermittent of the black clouds, somehow piercing from the corners of these thundering giants to give a little taste of fresh sunshine. The sands have been tightened and held close of all the rain.
I walk towards the ancient summit. It is called netratara. Atleast that is what the ancients used to call the place. It cannot be mistaken or go unnoticed. Lying deep within jungle vines and think forests where even sunlight is afraid to go. Distances generally go unrecognized by me, for am more engrossed in the path, where each direction might take me, how a path winds, meanders to another path. This is more interesting to my feeble brain than mere calculation of distance. But I would have it that to reach netra tara from the coast where I put up takes me more than one and half days.
It is a place un explored. Pristine beauty, to a person who is not accustomed to seeing it in his or her day to day existence. I have no particular insight to why the mountain is named such. All that I know from the fisher men who I habit with is that there is a temple, a ruin. A small yet colossal ruin. A power place.

I have taken patience with the oceans, and they have treated with equal kindness. When one learns about nature. Including about ones self, there is patience which must be taken of utmost importance. Nothing in nature takes place “fast” everything takes only time, nothing else and everything gives everything equally well.

Having spent a decade in human existence in contemplation of my goddess tara with the oceans, I have mastered patience with the terrible seas. They are not a part of the nature of this soul and this soul a part and parcel of them. I set out near netra tara once a month, trod ding carefully and slowly seeing all the encumbering paths which might lead up to her. Never is a route been found. Never anyone who dared to go near the divine hill, standing at the face of what breaks. She has stood resolute like a light house for the damned. For the restless. For the seekers. For the souls who yearn for the heart off the beloved.

A sinking feeling and then a quick rise. Every tree houses within itself a million lives ney! More infinitely more. I look at all the parts of these magnificent beings. They tower, adapted to the saline water which they receive in plenty, the trees near the coast apart from the palms, tower. Further inside, the jungle growth starts up in parts. Here the water is pure fresh; without the salt which even I have got accustomed to.
Women from the little habitat which I reside in the periphery come here to clean the clothes and fill water in their little buckets and take them back.. Sometimes the little chores though demanding are the most fulfilling. Perhaps when we see that all the work which we are to do in this life, is nothing consequential or important or any such garbage, then we might do it best.
The night is half filled with the moon on the periphery. And I have gone as far as I can go in the jungle. I am resolute. I have taken my time to yearn for my love. For the becoming to become and unbecoming. She has not come. She has hid. She has watched in silence, the suffering that her lover has endured. The death which comes on every moment in the absence of her. The meaningless existence in the lack of heart of the beloved.
I must reach Netra Tara. The eye of Tara. The eye of divinity. The eye of the Storm.

Ode to Humanity

I am not a big fan of human kind, the version of life that in today’s day seems to be only focused upon itself. The day’s pass and humans ...
